Tom Laurita contacted the Mills Group seeking to update the look of his existing house. One significant feature that the original house lacked was a welcoming entry-way. The Mills Group addressed this problem by designing a new front porch and installing a new entrance door with sidelights. The new design merged the existing layout with an updated exterior which included a new roof and siding to create a new feeling for the home. Stone was used to accent the new design while a large, covered deck gave the owners additional gathering space. The completed design leveraged the desirable features of the original house and incorporated new elements that created an updated, contemporary home with timeless appeal.
